Matthias Castelein

Matthias Castelein specializes in public law with a particular expertise in public procurement, concessions and PPPs, both in the award and execution phases. As a public procurement expert, he is regularly invited to seminars and workshops. For Unizo, he even acts as a regular speaker on public procurement and concessions all over Flanders.

Since 2022, he has been appointed as a voluntary scientific collaborator at the KU Leuven Faculty of Law, including as a guest lecturer for the subjects legal writing, legislative technique and history of public and private law.
