Franck Nnomo

Since 2022, Franck Nnomo has been part of NOMA's tax team. As an attorney, he handles national and international cases with tax implications in French, English, and Dutch. Specifically, Franck focuses on (family) estate law, succession planning, tax litigation, and advice in direct and indirect taxation. In addition to general taxation, he also focuses on corporate law at NOMA. He is particularly interested in corporate restructuring and in the tax treatment of real estate transactions. Franck approaches these matters both from an advisory standpoint and by providing guidance in tax litigation, as well as drafting and submitting ruling applications  with the Ruling Commission.
