Tibo Lammens

Tibo obtained his Master of Laws degree from Ghent University with great distinction. He subsequently completed a Master in General Management at Vlerick Business School, with courses including corporate finance, entrepreneurship and strategic management. This combination of legal and business expertise forms the foundation of his approach. He supports the M&A team with the legal and strategic handling of matters in corporate and business law. Through his previous experience at NOMA, Eubelius and DLA Piper, he has developed broad expertise that is particularly valuable in analysing complex transactions, preparing documentation and supporting corporate law matters throughout their various stages. Tibo also participated in Ghent University’s Honours Programme “Think & Talk”, to which he was admitted as one of only five selected students.
